"The vine peaches used for Mathilde Pêche are small, with a tough skin and moderately soft, white flesh with a particularly rich aroma. They are considered to be the most flavorful peach variety. Vine peaches are incredibly juicy, despite their small size, with an intense and seductive taste. Mathilde only uses vine peaches cultivated in France that are hand selected to ensure their freshness. The peaches – skin, flesh and pit – are macerated in alcohol. The entire peach is used to extract as much of its taste and aroma as possible. A small amount of sugar is incorporated and water is added to bring the liqueur to proof and round out the liqueur’s distinctly pleasing palate." —producer

Silk & Spice Red

"This easy drinking red wine is a modern expression of the spices discovered on the 'Spice Route' by Portuguese explorers in 1498. These explores opened up the Western world to exciting new flavors such as nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. The wine has extraordinary, rich flavors born of Portugal’s indigenous grapes and unique terrain. Intense, deep ruby color, with a bright red rim. The predominant flavors are ripe, cooked black fruits. Sweet notes of vanilla and hints of mocha. The first impression in the mouth is rich and full. Excellent balance of tannins and acidity, with a long, smooth finish." —winemaker

"The Tokaj legend has grown and grown in its four hundred years of history; but it was not until 1630, when the greatness of the Oremus vineyard was first spoken of. Today, it is the one with greatest universal acclaim. Late Harvest is a harmonious, fresh, silky wine. It is versatile when drunk, providing a new array of possibilities in each sip." —winemaker
