"One of One is a nonalcoholic wine project from fifth generation winemaker Paul Scotto. These wines are alcohol removed wines and the process for dealcoholization begins in the vineyard and includes proprietary equipment that uses a gentle vacuum process to remove the alcohol and lasts no more than 19 seconds at 74°." —winemaker

"To create this Cabernet Sauvignon, Oberon sourced grapes from throughout Napa's finest winegrowing regions, including Oakville, Oak Knoll, Yountville, Suscol Ridge, Chiles Valley, Pope Valley and Capell Valley. By layering fruit from Napa's sparse volcanic soils and the deeper alluvial soils of the valley floor, Oberon accomplished their goal of marrying many different expressions into one outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon that boasts a beautifully seamless mouthfeel and rich, complex texture and flavors." —winemaker

"Powerful but still showing a sense of restraint, the grapes for this cuvée are sourced from two vineyards just over the Monterey County line in Paso Robles. The Homan vineyard resides in the central El Pomar District. Winds from the Templeton Gap ensure a slower, even ripening season for grapes grown on gently-sloped hillsides. Mindy’s is located in the Adelaida District, an area well-known for providing structure and backbone. Homan yields a very red-fruited expression of Cabernet, Mindy’s tends to bring blue and black fruits to a blend, and the two sites complement each other well. Red currants, blue plums, black cherries, granite, and a light touch of refreshing mintiness are supported by firm-yet-smooth tannins." —winemaker

This wine showcases Cabernet Sauvignon’s versatility, highlighting both fantastic winegrowing regions. A bright, fruit forward wine with supple tannins makes this a crowd pleaser. "Our fourth release of Cabernet Sauvignon under our Doris label was sourced from three, valley-floor vineyards; Bedrock in Eldridge, Orange Ave in El Verano and Warm Springs Ranch in Glen Ellen. Primary fermentation took place in closed-top stainless-steel tanks then transferred to neutral oak barrels for a 20-month rest. Our signature style is to age all of our wines sur-lie and after a clean racking we bottle everything unfiltered. We believe the lees of a wine helps to connect terroir and varietal character." —winemaker
