Size: 750ml, California, Russian River Valley, White Wine

"The first swirl in the glass releases fragrances of white peaches, lime zest, delicate white pineapple and ripe stone fruit. Upon entry, the creamy texture is buoyed by bright acidity. Ruby red grapefruit, white blossoms and citrus flowers linger on the seamless finish." —winemaker

"Floral and aromas take the lead in this full-bodied, creamy-textured wine that offers a soft mouth-feel and the roundness that comes from aging on the lees. Concentration in peaches melons and a good viscosity help the wine stand out." —Wine Enthusiast

Elijah Craig Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Size: 750ml

"Bottled exclusively from a dumping of 200 barrels or less, the brand carries the name of the Rev. Elijah Craig, the man who discovered the method of making true Kentucky Bourbon when he stored his wares in barrels that had been charred in a fire. About as complete a Bourbon aroma as you are likely to find...near miraculous: one of the most beautiful noses found anywhere in the world today. A bourbon to keep in the mouth forever. Perhaps one of my favorite five or six bourbons and perhaps at its best just before bed. Brilliant." —producer

Paolo e Noemia d'Amico Falesia Chardonnay 2021 Italy
Size: 750ml, Lazio, White Wine

"Golden yellow color. Intense and complex scent, in which the aroma of ripe fruit elegantly melts into notes of almonds, honey, butter and vanilla. Complex, delicate and well balanced, with a mineral and delicate creamy finish." —winemaker

Wine Anthology Team ReviewSimply a great wine, potent and at the same time creamy, with ripe fruits scent and oak aroma, all elegantly combined. It’s obtained from Chardonnay grapes harvested manually, placed into boxes like the ancient traditions and than taken directly to the stalk remover. The must is cooled at 8 °C and pressed immediately. To complete the productive process follows the maceration, the fermentation and the settling, that takes place in new French oak barrels. The aging takes place in French oak barrels for about 9 months, and it settles in bottles for about 5/6 months before it reaches the market. At the nose is structured, with a balsamic scent of citrus fruit and white flowers, of a neat palate, rich and taut, with slightly aromatic floral notes that are not covered but rather exalted by the wood passage. For anyone who has never experienced an Italian Chardonnay, I promise you this one will have you hooked! Perfect with grilled swordfish. Enjoy!
