"Dark amber color with a slightly orange cast. Complex nose, with close, cinnamon, vanilla, orange citrus zest and butterscotch notes, and an intriguing hint of sandalwood. Sweetness of corn and spiciness from rye combine with an almost maple syrup-like flavor. Vanilla and caramel note lead to a persistent, yet subdued peppery finish." —producer
"Aromas of brown sugar, cinnamon toast, dried figs, pipe tobacco, baking chocolate, and orange peel. Flavors of sweet baking spice, cinnamon roll, caramelized sugar, dried currants, lightly roasted almonds and a hint of black licorice. Sweet with light hints of maple syrup and dark honey on the finish." —producer

"Sophisticated and complex. A distinctly different bourbon created with precise craftsmanship. Made from our signature 'high rye' recipe and the marriage of select barrels carefully chosen by our Master Distiller. 1792 Bourbon has an expressive and elegant flavor profile. Unmistakable spice mingles with sweet caramel and vanilla to create a bourbon that is incomparably brash and bold, yet smooth and balanced. Elevating whiskey to exceptional new heights, 1792 Bourbon is celebrated by connoisseurs worldwide." —producer
"A bit stronger and bolder than the original Maker's Mark, Maker's 46 has a rich, creamy seared-oak flavor. Caramel and vanilla notes linger on the front of the palate, but it is still soft enough to hold on the tongue, even at 94 proof. Featuring a big mouth-watering oaky finish, Maker's 46 still manages to retain the essence of its predecessor — there's no bitter bite often found in older whiskies. One taste and you'll be a true believer." —producer
"The first extra-aged Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey to join Elijah Craig’s award-winning family of Bourbons. A unique combination of spicy rye grains and sweet corn, coupled with a steadfast attention to detail, give Elijah Craig Straight Rye the perfect balance of flavor and smoothness." —producer
"Marrying, or mingling, multiple Bourbon flavors is an art in itself. Four original and limited Bourbons have been expertly selected by our Master Distiller at the peak of maturation to create a perfectly balanced small batch Bourbon that rewards you with a mellow symphony of rich, spicy flavors along with sweet, fruity aromas and hints of sweet oak and caramel. Finishes soft, smooth and pleasantly long. Best enjoyed straight up, on the rocks, or with a splash. 90 proof." —producer
"Just like Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel, Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. Gentleman Jack, however, receives an additional “blessing” when it is charcoal mellowed again after reaching maturity – making it the only whiskey in the world to be charcoal mellowed twice, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices, and its finish is silky, warm, and pleasant. When you drink Gentleman Jack, you’ll always enjoy rich, rewarding taste." -producer
"Our Double Barrel Rye celebrates Rye Whiskey from the revolutionary war era. A blend of Straight Rye from New York and the American Heartland. Distilled from New York Rye Grain & Malted Barley, then aged to perfection in char #3 American Oak Barrels for an average age of at least three years. Bottled at 92 proof & non-chill filtered for a truly liberating experience." —producer
"Balance and complexity are made approachable and affordable in this offering created from four styles of bourbon that we marry together in small batches. The result is a slightly fruitier and surprisingly sophisticated flavor profile, finishing — as always — with a smooth, vanilla-infused elegance that demands another round." —producer
We are excited to introduce the fourth release from a special program graciously offered by the master distillers at the Knob Creek distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Through their Single Barrel Select Experience, we tasted through a selection of single-barrel Knob Creek bourbons and selected our favorite, which the distillery then bottled. The result is our very own Wine Anthology bottling of a single barrel of Knob Creek bourbon! Whereas Knob Creek's normal straight bourbon whiskey bottling is a blend of whiskies from several barrels, this unique bottling comes from a single cask and shows off a different side of the signature Knob Creek style.
"TX Bourbon is made in Fort Worth from #2 yellow dent Texas corn, Texas soft red winter wheat, and a strain of wild yeast captured from a Texas pecan, called the “Brazos” strain. After aging for more than four years in charred oak barrels, TX Bourbon is smooth and sweetly spicy with caramel and dark fruit notes." —producer
"This Kentucky Bourbon pays tribute to the earliest days of the Distillery's history when in 1939 it released Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond. The namesake brand quickly became the number-one-selling Bourbon whiskey in the state of Kentucky. Still today, the craftsmanship poured into this bottle by the same founding family meets the exacting standards first set forth in the Bottled-in-Bond act of 1897.
"Golden amber in color with warm notes of vanilla, honey, and a rich caramel sweetness on the nose. Smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness. Long and lingering on the finish." —producer
"The Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection is a unique Single Barrel bourbon. It features a hand-picked blend of sweet, spicy, and smoky bourbons, each selected to give this exclusive whiskey a taste that celebrates its deep, family origins." —producer
"It’s no secret that Kentucky bourbon is the amber standard for whiskey drinkers, but Amador Whiskey Co.’s Double Barrel Classic Bourbon does something a little extra—it captures the heart of Kentucky in every glass. This 72% corn small batch classic bourbon upholds the high standards of Kentucky bourbon with a deep understanding that it’s more than a spirit, but a culture—a lifestyle. Amador’s classic low-rye bourbon was aged in new charred American oak barrels for three years, taking time to soak in flavors of vanilla, caramel and mildly tart black cherry notes.
"Distinct from its Kentucky counterparts, Amador Whiskey Co.’s Double Barrel Classic Bourbon also captures the California spirit. The whiskey’s second barrel aging is done in Napa Valley California, where this classic drink steps into luxury, aging for 9 to 12 months in medium toast French oak Napa Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The Cabernet aging results in a copper brown bourbon tint with a cabernet red hue, sensational vanilla characteristics and a silky mouthfeel.
"The result is a rich take on a Kentucky bourbon, exuding deep flavors of vanilla and toast followed by notes of crème brûlée that conclude with hints of spice in a long, complex finish. When you reach for this bottle, you’re reaching for the Amador golden standard, whether in a Perfect Manhattan cocktail or just slow sipping nice and neat." —producer
"Uncle Nearest 1856 has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. Baled hay and pumpkin seeds on the nose with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates." -Producer

"Very floral on the nose with wonderful citrus notes; more citrus on the palate with loads of honey and then turning quite herbal on the finish. An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas and flavors when water is added!" —producer
"Augustus Buelleit knew a good thing when he tasted it (as do you if you're reading this). So when I decided to craft a bourbon just like my great, great grandfather, I searched for a location with superb limestone-filtered water. History taught me the importance of water in making the finest whiskey. I aged our bourbon in new charred barrels of American white oak, and, of course, I stuck with a high rye content blend to continue the Bulleit family tradition. The result is a premium quality, sour mash Kentucky straight bourbon that's russet in color, carries a rich oaky aroma, delivers distinct hints of vanilla and dried fruit, and ends with a long smoky finish." —producer
"Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash is a blend of Bonded American Malt, Rye and Tennessee Whiskeys at 100 proof. It delivers notes of honey, malt and soft oak leading to a long lasting well rounded finish." —producer
"Aromas of vanilla, freshly mowed grass and leather-bound books. Notes of sweet fruit, vanilla beans, caramel and dried apricots dominate the palate, and are complemented by a subtle touch of ginger spice. The finish is complex and lingers, with hints of chestnuts and corn." -Distiller
