"Crafted from Bernheim’s signature soft winter wheat recipe, the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition features a special selection of barrels aged 10 years and is bottled at 115 proof (57.5% ABV), delivering a rich and complex tasting experience that honors both tradition and innovation. Produced at the historic Bernheim Distillery and aged in rickhouses in Bardstown, Kentucky, this small batch release reflects Heaven Hill’s continued commitment to quality and craftsmanship. Presented in a bright copper hue, the Whiskey opens on the nose with notes of cinnamon and baking spices layered with vanilla and oak. The palate follows with rich flavors of molasses and butterscotch, leading into a peppery finish that lingers with warmth and balance." —producer

"To sip Barrel Proof is to experience Bourbon in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is hand labeled with its unique proof and batch number; but the nose, taste, and finish are pure Elijah Craig. Each batch of Barrel Proof contains an uncut selection of 12-year-old Bourbon bottled straight from the barrel. As a result, each batch varies by proof." —producer

"We’re celebrating the art of innovation with Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Bottled-in-Bond bourbon. Defying convention, this release raises the bar by offering a premium Bottled-in-Bond bourbon at Cask Strength and marks our first foray into the world of unfinished whiskey. There’s a first for everything. Through a lower barrel entry proof and meticulous blending, the Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Bottled-in-Bond bourbon combines the historic Bottled-in-Bond distinction with the contemporary boldness of Cask Strength-bottled at 100 proof." —producer

"This release celebrates the early craftsmanship of the Jack Daniel Distillery. The whiskey is from uniquely crafted heavy-toast barrels and 100 proof barrel entry proof. The "Heritage Barrel" expression of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel was crafted with a low temperature, heavy toasted barrel which created a light but rich char full of deep flavor. A lower 100 proof entry proof allows our grain bill to assert itself creating a special Tennessee whiskey with notes of light baking spices, vanilla, and toasted oak with a long, lingering finish, aged to perfection at the top of one of the highest elevated barrelhouses, 1-09, on Coy Hill. What emerges is a flavorful and rich Tennessee Whiskey." —producer

"Everything we do is grounded in whiskey tradition – up to a certain point. This bourbon starts as a KY Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Then we finish it in oak casks sourced from around the world. We blend these toasted Hungarian, Chinkapin and French Oak Barrels together to achieve a distinctive profile that pushes the boundaries." —producer

"Delivers unparalleled richness and complexity, thanks to ten years of meticulous aging. Savor the pronounced flavors of char, oak, and caramel in every sip of this masterfully crafted rye whiskey." —producer

"The barrels that went into this small batch combined to make an amazing drinker. Nose - Beautiful layering of brandied cherry over a mildly tart cherry. It opens up with time and is reminiscent of cutting into your dessert with your fork which releases cinnamon and baking spices with just a hint of oak to remind you that this is high proof youthful. Palette - A robust rye with dark cherry, burnt vanilla, and spices for days. It's a delicious rye with a weighty mouthfeel. Balance - It's insanely well balanced with the alcohol so perfectly integrated at 115 proof you'll forget its there, but you'll find yourself smiling more and happier with each dram. Finish - the finish is long and the spices dominate this batch, while the cherry does punch its way through to the surface." —producer

"This high proof, Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon was named for Henry McKenna, the Irish immigrant who adapted his family's whiskey recipe to work the grains he found in Kentucky. Henry McKenna is the longest aged Bottled-in-Bond available today, resting in the barrel through 40 Kentucky seasons. Critics agree that this is perfectly balanced Bourbon." —producer

"The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering." —producer
