"No two barrels of bourbon are the same. Their placement in the warehouse, every change in the weather and every day of aging shapes their distinctive notes and flavors. So while most bourbons are made by batching multiple barrels together to create a consistent flavor. Baker's takes a different approach - no batching, no mixing, just one uncompromised barrel per bottle. The result is a true bourbon lover's bourbon. Made for those who enjoy the unique and subtle differences between one barrel and the next. Because at the end of the day, that's what a single-barrel bourbon is all about." —producer

"Very floral on the nose with wonderful citrus notes; more citrus on the palate with loads of honey and then turning quite herbal on the finish. An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas and flavors when water is added!" —producer

"Inspired by the original Jefferson's Ocean, which was new-filled bourbon barrels, the Jefferson's Ocean: Aged at Sea takes older bourbon barrels and brings it around the world. Stopping in 5 different continents and crossing the equator 4 times, this bourbon truly is a world beater." —producer

"Uncle Nearest 1856 has a caramel color with a beautiful deep golden hue. Baled hay and pumpkin seeds on the nose with subtle notes of ripe stone fruit and caramel corn. Bold and spicy upfront then mellows with sweet caramel and maple, like biting into an oatmeal raisin cookie. The finish is long and rich. It lingers pleasantly sweet on the palate with notes of vanilla after the spice dissipates." -Producer
