"The Nelson Bros. Classic Bourbon has aromas of spice cake, cherry, milk chocolate, vanilla and baked apple. On the palate, there are notes of banana bread, cocoa, cherry, dried pineapple. The finish brings black peppercorn, spearmint, lemon peel and sweet tobacco." —producer
"Full-flavored, yet remarkably easy to drink, Maker's Mark has a taste that took years to perfect. Then, we spent the next 40 years making sure that taste never changed." —producer
"Crafted in 1992 by Booker Noe as part of the Small Batch collection, Basil Hayden introduced a more subtle side of bourbon compared to its counterparts.
"This style of bourbon was inspired by 1792 whiskey pioneer Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr., a rye farmer from Maryland who moved to Kentucky and began distilling. He chose to distill his bourbon with a higher percentage of rye, and Booker set out to create a similar high-rye mash bill that would offer the same refined, approachable taste profile.
"Today, this bourbon stands as a tribute to Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr.’s high-rye mash bill ingenuity, as well as to Booker Noe, a true innovator who sought to welcome new drinkers into whiskey." —producer
"Maker’s Mark 101 is a rare take on our signature bourbon. Up until now, we’ve only offered this unique expression – bottled at 101-proof – to special guests at the distillery, but here you can offer it to special guests of your own. Stronger notes of sweet, dark spice from the higher proof are met with the classic Maker’s Mark smooth finish. It’s deliberately different, and a rare treat for all that make the pour." —producer
"Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is distilled, aged and bottled at the most award-winning distillery in the world. Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century-old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee, and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate. This will never change." —producer
"Bulleit Bourbon is made with small-batch techniques inspired by those pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the very highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit Bourbon come from its unique blend of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor." —producer
"Our original Kentucky Straight Bourbon blended with natural flavors. Copper to medium amber color. Full-bodied taste, inviting maple notes that lift to smoke and are complemented with rich vanilla and caramel. Smoked hickory and maple wood aromas, with hints of earthy grains. Smokey, smooth, and slightly sweet on the finish." —producer

"At New Riff, single barrel expressions are a way of life. As former Kentucky liquor retailers, we are intimately familiar with some of Kentucky’s most famed private barrel Bourbon selections ever, and we bring that experience to New Riff. Whether for trade or private clients, a New Riff Private Barrel selection offers an unparalleled experience, replete with tasting notes and an immersive process in our warehouse. Each New Riff single barrel has been tasted and approved by our production panel. Our retail and on-premise partners then select each of their private barrels themselves. So, in the end, you can taste a New Riff Single Barrel knowing it was fully vetted and thoroughly tasted and approved." —producer
"Like the accomplished third President of the US, this bourbon is complex, elegant, and sophisticated. Jefferson's Reserve is allowed to age slowly and reach maturity naturally. The whisky has a medium-weight, velvety textured body and a dry, robust palate, one that quickly fills the mouth with the engaging flavors of roasted corn, caramel, toffee and oak. On the nose, aromas of peaches, vanilla, raisins, butterscotch. An elegant combination of flavors, a very thick body, almost syrupy sweetness, suggesting vanilla and caramel, yet very fruity with hints of dates, blackberry and orange. The finish is long, warm and smooth like a fine cognac." —producer
"Michter’s US 1 Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection, with barrels often aging in excess of eight years. Truly “small batch,” each batch of our US 1 Bourbon is typically composed of no more than two dozen barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow, and earthy." —producer
Product is highly allocated and subject to delays in fulfillment. Due to temporary inventory shortage, we can only offer up to 2 bottles per customer.
"Very floral on the nose with wonderful citrus notes; more citrus on the palate with loads of honey and then turning quite herbal on the finish. An incredibly different and inviting array of aromas and flavors when water is added!" —producer
"Angel’s Envy is what happens when 200 years of tradition meet an independent master craftsman’s instinct to improve. It’s a total return to craft first, hand-blended batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time. Our bourbon starts with the finest local ingredients distilled in micro-batches and aged in American oak. We personally taste every barrel throughout each step to ensure that the spirit meets Lincoln’s malcontent legacy.
'This would be enough for any other premium bourbon, but Lincoln had other ideas for his creation. That’s why we finish every batch in ruby port wine casks. There’s no set time for the process. It’s only Angel’s Envy when we say it is. The ruby port wine finish adds subtle nuance without ruining the integrity of the bourbon. The end result is a rich, exceptionally smooth and rare bourbon. Sin aside, we work every day to inspire envy, even if it takes a little longer." —producer
"In 1870 George Garvin Brown created Old Forester on Louisville, KY’s, famous Whiskey Row. In honor of that milestone year in bourbon history, we have crafted a tribute – Old Forester 1870 Original Batch – the first expression in the Old Forester Whiskey Row series. 1870 Original Batch echoes George Garvin Brown’s original batching process. Back then, Brown batched barrels obtained from three distilleries to create a consistent flavor profile. To emulate that process today, we also select barrels from three warehouses, each barrel originating from a different day of production, with a different entry proof and a different age profile. The three expressions of Old Forester are then batched together and minimally filtered to craft Old Forester 1870 Original Batch." —producer
