Wine Anthology review:
The Grand Brut is the perfect introduction to Perrier-Jouët's range, featuring the House's signature Chardonnay-driven character at a great price. Although Grand Brut is a non-vintage blend, Perrier-Jouët ages this Champagne for three years in its chalk cellars underneath the estate so that all the individual components come together before release. This is a wonderfully balanced Champagne with notes of poached pear, grilled pineapple, apricot nectar, and honey that dance with toasted brioche and smoke, closing with a silky finish.

"Intense, fruity and aromatic, Ruinart Rosé owes its sensual elegance to the marriage of Chardonnay (45%), mainly from the Chardonnay Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs, and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne, made into red wine.
