"Elijah is a Hebrew prophet who is remembered in Jewish customs. During the Passover Seder, the well-known tradition is to pour a cup of wine and open the front door to invite Elijah’s presence into the home. Elijah by Manischewitz Moscato was harvested at optimal ripeness providing aromas of white flowers and orange blossoms. The midpalate is crisp with notes of white peach and hints of sweetness.
