"Every year on the 24th of February, we celebrate the birth of Charles Quint. Therefore we brew a special beer in limited edition called Cuvée van de Keizer ('Grand Cru of the Emperor'). This exceptional beer is a special version of the Gouden Carolus Classic, with an enriched taste palate and mysterious aromas added. The caramelised malts and its 11% alc. vol. give the Cuvée van de Keizer the warm roundness of wine together with the refreshing taste of beer. It is imperially crowned with a cork so it can be preserved for a long period of time at a constant cellar temperature of 54 °F. An imperial beer to cherish and enjoy in moderation." —brewer

"In origin, this sweet-acidic drink was obtained by adding fresh black cherries to a barrel Lambic of 6 months young. The addition of fruits provokes a new fermentation in the oak barrels. After another 8 to 12 months, only peels and stones are left and the Kriek-Lambic is ready to be filtered and bottled. The residual sugar can be adjusted with straight-on fruit juice to start a refermentation in the bottle. This traditional type of fruit beer is more acidic and less fruity. Because of the limited availability of the Schaerbeekse cherries and so to brew a less sour and more fruity Lambic beer, Lindemans farm brewery developed a unique alternative natural method using pure cherry juice from unfrozen cherries. This straight cherry juice is blended with selected Lambic of different ages. Kriek has a pink-red color and a delicious taste of sparkling cherry champagne. Serve cold at 36 °F." —brewer

"King George V was created to celebrate the Royal Warrant given to the Walker family in 1934 to mark their exceptional quality. This blend includes Port Ellen, a highly prized malt whose distillery no longer exists. King George V has more restraint and sophistication than the Blue Label. The smoke is supplied from the unique, closed distillery of Port Ellen and is powerful, slow and resonant. It's a slower whisky to evolve but has enormous depth." —producer
