"This 2014 vintage is the fruit of one year enclosed by an exceptional Indian summer, which brought to our grapes the period of sunshine necessary for an optimal maturation of fruits. It is the result of all the team’s work, which surrounds me at Noaillac." —winemaker |
Critical Acclaim | |||
"The 2014 Noaillac has a well defined cedar and mint-infused bouquet that opens up with quite lively and energetic black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine and supple tannin, very well judged acidity, natural and refined with a very pure finish that does not shortchange you in terms of fruit. I have encountered some very good wines from this Médoc -- the 2014 is definitely one of them. Tasted September 2016." —Wine Advocate |
