"Château Florie-Aude is the perfect expression of a quality Bordeaux wine. The constant efforts of winemaker and estate owner Daniel Brulatout, have resulted in this extraordinary and delicious red wine. The ripe fruit expression on the nose is followed by a smooth and silky finish on the palate." —winemaker

"A rich, medium- to-full-bodied wine characterized by intense black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant) and ripe cherry notes. It combines this fruit-forward profile with fine tannins and a fresh, often savory, mineral finish, balancing high heat with surprising precision." —winemaker

"Deep garnet red with aromas of black cherry. This wine is fleshy, well-structured with the warm and savage of soils of the Roussillon area." —winemaker

"Dark ruby red color, limpid and brilliant. This wine has soft, smooth and velvety tannins. Intense nose of undergrowth, violet, clove and tobacco. Fleshy in mouth, a spicy and harmonious length." —winemaker

"A custom cuvée for European Cellars and a joint project between Eric Solomon and Jean-Marc Lafage, Bastide Miraflors is a cuvée created from old vine Grenache grown on the schist and granite soils of Saint-Paul de Fenouillet, a terroir that always ripens late in the year, and Syrah from gravelly soils near the Mediterranean. After a long maceration of six weeks, the wine ages for 12 months in roughly 3/4 concrete vats and 1/4 600L French oak demi-muids." —winemaker

"A nose of red fruits, a deep and powerful structure, silky tannins: an elegant, complex and rich wine. These values give this wine an excellent aptitude for ageing." —winemaker

"The wine is a deep red colour with garnet tints. There are black fruit aromas with a touch of oak from the barrel ageing. In the mouth, the wine is supple, supported by gentle, round tannins. It goes well with red and white meats and, of course, with cheese." —winemaker

"From the plots around the château, renewed over 15 years ago, replacing part of Grenaches in favor of grape varieties more suited to new climatic requirements such as Mourvèdre and Marselan. The result is voluptuous with notes of jammy red fruits, accentuated by spices, and a palate with satiny tannins ending with a note of violet." —winemaker
