"To sip Barrel Proof Rye is to experience our Straight Rye Whiskey in its purest form: uncut, straight from the barrel, and without chill filtering. Each bottle is labeled with its unique proof, batch number, and age; but the nose, taste, and finish are pure Elijah Craig." —producer

"There is no other word to describe this. We took some of our legendary 10 year old Bourbons & finished them in barrels that held New York’s finest artisanal maple syrup from Crown Maple. The result is a rich, creamy-smooth & slightly sweet mouthful of whiskey flavor that is way beyond good. It’s decadent." —producer

"A well balanced bourbon with a delicate body. Notes of vanilla and caramel are complimented by a touch of white oak tannins. This is further mingled with dried fruit to deliver a richly smooth flavor." —producer

"The nose opens with sweet oak that is accented with orange zest and cedar. Aromas of tobacco and herbs soon join. The first sip leads with a honey sweetness before swiftly shifting to cinnamon and spicy oak. Another sip adds leather for an earthy balance while displaying an amazing body. The finish continues to celebrate the viscous mouthfeel with notes of sweet, toasted oak and dry cocoa." —producer
