"Lovely golden straw color brightened by a gentle and elegant perlage. Citrus fruit and flowery features characterise this wine’s scent. Refreshing at the palate, with a fresh taste of apples, with a well-balanced acidity and persistent finish." —winemaker

"The NV Extra Dry Prosecco is more understated yet ripe in style, with a whiff of sweet basil and wet stones giving way to citrus-infused green apples. It sweeps across the palate with a wave of silken bubbles and ripe pit fruits. Juicy acidity and a hint of lime adds lift throughout. This tapers off long and crisp, with a gentle inner tension that calls the taster back to the glass for more. Despite being labeled Extra Dry, this comes across as more savory and certainly more complex than the Brut. I’m finding a lot to like here." —Vinous

"In 1805, Henri-Louis PERNOD first created what became the most celebrated spirit on the café terraces of 19th century Paris. The secret of PERNOD's unique taste is well guarded, its flavour being derived from a distillation of star anise with aromatic plants and herbs. Pernod, as a spirit full of character, creates a unique long drink experience by adding its originality to the mixer of your choice." -producer

"Green apple and pear aromas classically characterize this wine as Clarksburg, while honeycomb and vanilla heighten the first impression. The rich, round entry rolls into a viscous and silky mouthfeel, surrounded by Asian pears and Honeycrisp apples. The finish lingers long and soft, like the wafting aromas of grandma’s warm apple pie." —winemaker
