"Pale yellow in color, this vintage is very delicate, elegant, mineral and floral. In the mouth these impressions are completed with notes of yellow fruit, such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle sensations of toasted wood, presenting a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish." —winemaker
"Citrine colour with a slightly golden hue. An aroma of good complexity, with floral notes, tropical fruit, white fruits and earthy, slightly shrubby tones. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and reveals a lively and well-integrated acidity, alongside floral notes and touches of white fruit. It has an extremely elegant finish." —winemaker
"This lemon coloured wine has a nose of flora and citrus fruits. Lovely acidity on the palate combined with the characteristic minerality found in the Dão region, with a long and elegant finish." —winemaker
"Crystal clear, light straw color with green hues. Grapefruit and white peach aromas with subtle toasty oak integration, fresh spicy and herbal notes. Creamy and elegant with balanced fruit and spices presence. Intense and persistent finish." —winemaker
"Viosinho imposes itself as one of the most extraordinary grape varieties of our terroir. Combines the fruity notes of its grape variety, with deep minerality (derived from our more calcareous soils), very lively acidity and a saline and deep finish. Present in our most noble white wines and, of course, also bottled as a single grape variety – pairing with all kinds of fish and seafood!" —winemaker
Wine Anthology Team Review-One of my new favorite white wines! Crisp acidity and sublime, fruit flavors roll into wonderful minerality and a completely satisfying finish. Like a Gruner Vetliner met an un-oaked Chardonnay. Simply delicious! A must try! Have this one with citrus grilled Tamboril. Cheers!
