Pyrat

Pyrat Rum is a blend of Caribbean rums crafted with a distinctive aging process. Using a combination of French Limousin oak and toasted American oak barrels, the brand achieves a layered complexity that reflects its diverse sourcing. All the rums in Pyrat’s blend are distilled in traditional pot stills, an artisanal method that enhances their rich, full-bodied character. Though originally produced by the Anguilla Rum Company in 1997, Pyrat’s production now takes place in Guyana’s renowned Demerara region, an area with a deep heritage in rum-making.

A nod to rum’s global history, each bottle of Pyrat is adorned with an image of Hoti, a figure symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, linking the spirit’s origins to the ancient distillation of sugarcane in Asia. The brand’s approach—curating rums from across the Caribbean and refining them through careful blending and aging—reflects a commitment to both tradition and craftsmanship.
