Polmos Białystok, founded in 1928, is one of Poland’s largest producers of alcoholic beverages, with a rich history rooted in the country’s spirits industry. Originally part of the state-run Polish Spirits Monopoly, the company transitioned to independent operation in 1991, expanding its production facilities across Białystok and the Podlaskie Voivodeship. Known for its flagship product, Żubrówka Bison Grass Vodka, the company now produces over 30 million liters of spirits annually. With decades of expertise and a legacy of quality, Polmos Białystok remains a prominent player in the Polish spirits market.
