High West Distillery

High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins, who were drawn to the parallels between whiskey-making and David's background in biochemistry. Their journey led them to Park City, Utah, a place steeped in Western heritage and a lesser-known whiskey history, where they began distilling in 2007. What started as a modest operation with a small still and saloon in a historic livery stable has grown into a globally recognized brand. Today, High West's presence in Park City's Old Town, housed in a thoughtfully restored historic building, reflects a deep respect for craftsmanship, history, and the pioneering spirit of the Old West.
