"This new vintage has the particularity of retaining a very beautiful minerality in hot years and a beautiful richness in cold years and benefits from a microclimate surrounded by cliffs and trees and located at the top of the Corton hillside. It is very pleasant to eat on its own or as an ideal accompaniment to all fine-fleshed fish in beurre blanc sauce (or a little spicier), sweetbreads with morels and chicken in yellow wine. You have to wait 2 to 5 years to appreciate this great wine in all its fullness but for the more patient, it can age favorably for 10 to 12 years in a good cellar." —winemaker
