"Penelope Whiskey has partnered with Alec Bradley, the master cigar blenders behind some of the most celebrated sticks in the premium cigar world, to craft something neither could create alone: a whiskey purpose-built for the ritual of the smoke. Meticulously blended to pair with the nuanced complexity of a medium to full bodied cigar, Cigar Sessions: Chapter 2 is the result of two obsessive crafts meeting in the middle, with every decision made around a single question: does it make the session better? The answer is in the glass." —producer

"At the heart of the blend sits a one-a-kind, never released single malt from Glen Elgin Distillery. "The Chivas Regal Gold Signature blend has been created for its opulent richness, from whiskies matured for at least 18 years. Chivas Brothers' Master Blender Colin Scott has hand-selected the casks for this very special blend. In recognition of this, Colin Scott's initials appear on every bottle of Chivas Regal Gold Signature. The Chivas Regal Lion symbolizes Chivas Brothers' pride in this superb whisky. For over 100 years Chivas Brothers has owned a remarkable wealth of whisky stocks. From these thousands of casks maturing deep in Scottish hills, only a few of the richest are set aside for Chivas Regal Gold Signature. A welcoming, rewarding whisky. Exceptional richness with multi-layered aromas of buttery toffee, dark chocolate and dried fruits. Hints of spices and smoke. The sumptuous, velvety palate develops into an extremely long, warm finish." —producer

"The Japanese dragon is a powerful being that controls water and rains. They are believed to bring luck and symbolize power, strength, and authority, and are much more human and demonstrate human emotions and experiences. Ryūjin, the deity of the sea in Japanese myths, is one of the most important of all Japanese dragons. He represents the power of the ocean and was a patron of Japan. Considering that the sea and seafood are important for Japanese livelihood, Ryūjin plays a significant role in Japanese culture and history, and is believed to be one of the forefathers of the Japanese imperial dynasty. Recognizing the most significant dragon in Japanese culture gave rise to the bold and vibrant flavors of the Ryūjin whiskey. Fruity and floral notes throughout the taste, with honey, orange peel, and white chocolate flavors. Mellow finish with a hint of oak." —producer

"This is a single malt from the Miyagikyo distillery, Nikka's second distillery built in 1969. The founder Masataka Taketsuru chose this site in the mountains of Sendai to contrast with his first distillery, Yoichi, located in the coastal area. Using less peaty malt and distilled in a pot still heated by indirect steam, Miyagikyo single malt has an elegant fruitiness and a distinctive aroma with a strong Sherry cask influence." —producer
