"Retsina is a traditional Greek wine that has its origins in antiquity. Greece is recognized as the only country permitted to produce the traditional Retsina wine. It is a sweet, dry and slightly piquant wine which owes its characteristic flavor to the addition of a few pieces of pine resin to the must before or during fermentation.
