"Delmoro Blanco comes from vineyards near the village of Venta del Moro, a blend of young and old vines from the indigenous Merseguera and old-vine chardonnay. Vineyards are planted on limestone-rich calcareous clay soil at an altitude of around 600 meters, with a continental climate heavily influenced by the Mediterranean Sea. Delmoro Blanco is well-balanced and exotic, with notable texture and energy, a perfect accompaniment to the incredible foods of Valencia." —winemaker

"The new entry-level white is the 2021 Delmoro Blanco, from purchased Merseguera grapes from the zone of Utiel on clay-rich soils. It fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, concrete and a small portion in barrel and matured with lees for four months. It has 12% alcohol and is quite fruit-driven, a late-ripening variety that holds ripeness and keeps very good freshness, with balsamic notes reminiscent of bay leaf with a honeyed touch." —Wine Advocate
