"Intense ruby color. Fruity odor composed mainly of fresh red berries, woodland fruits, jam, spices and a slight hint of roasted flavors. It has a fruity, soft, elegant and harmonious flavor. Quinta de Cabriz is located between the two main rivers that cross the Dao region, the Mondego and the Dao. It is a secular "quinta" (farm) so along with a 17th century manor house there is also a chapel." —winemaker

The 2019 Zinfandel is a spicy wine with rich earthy flavors of black and red cherry, plum, boysenberry, black pepper, cranberry, apricot and a hint of chocolate. This is a Zinfandel to savor with hints of brown sugar and warm spices along with great balance and a nice clean finish." —winemaker
