Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled. Please contact us via email at or by phone at (888)-238-2251 to cancel an order.
Return Policy

Please note: certain products may not qualify for returns or refunds. For gift cards, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

If your order is returned to our facility and not claimed within 90 days, it becomes the property of Wine Anthology and no refunds will be issued.

Defective merchandise

It is rare to receive a defective product from WineAnthology. However, if this does occur we will issue a store credit, a replacement item, or a refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping, insurance, and tax (if applicable) at our discretion. We must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date. All bottles must be three-fourths full with the original content. If the order included more than one bottle of the same product, the other bottles must be full and unopened.

Dissatisfaction with merchandise

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, please let us know. We do our best to keep our customers happy! At our discretion, we may offer a refund, a discount, or a replacement of the item in question. Refunds are for purchase price excluding shipping, insurance, and tax (if applicable). Please note: we must be notified within 30 days of the delivery date. Special order items may not be returned.

Return process:
  1. In order to return an order, contact us first at or by calling our toll-free number, (888)-238-2251. Please provide our customer service staff with an explanation of the problem you are experiencing, along with your order number. Your order number can be located at the top right of the email confirmation that is automatically sent at the time your order was placed.
  2. After we receive the necessary information, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please do not send packages without first contacting us.
  3. All credits, refunds, discounts, etc. will not be issued until we have received the returned item(s). Original and return shipping charges, as well as shipping insurance charges, are your responsibility. Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on the credit card statement.
  4. In very rare cases where your order may be damaged to such an extent that you cannot ship it back to us, please contact our customer service department so that we may initiate a claims process for you.
When shipping your order back:
Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package, and place the item back in the box in the original packaging in the same way that you received it. Please do not attempt to ship the item back to us without first contacting us, as this will void any insurance coverage and we will be unable to refund or credit you.
