"This organic Gutswein belongs to the most important wines of our family winery. It is a unique Terroir mix of 55 Sauvignon blanc parcels mainly grown on mineralic limestone soil. The grapes have been selectively harvested by hand. The low yields in combination with optimal vineyard management ensure high physiological ripeness of the grapes. The fantastic vintage is inspired by complexity and deep citric flavours. Ripe pears blended with aromatic elderberries. A mix of air and time reveal spicy cassis on the palate." —winemaker |

"Intense nose of gooseberries, green papayas, boxwood and asparagus. Sharp on the palate, with lively acidity, a medium body and crunchy green fruit. From biodynamically grown grapes with Respekt certification. Drink now. Glass stopper." —James Suckling |
