"Monastrell from organic vineyards. This wine was produced under organic regulations established in the European Union as well as in the U.S. NOP certification. The vines are planted on chalky soils without irrigation and very low yields, with an annual rainfall below 12 inches. There is no room for chemical products or synthetic pesticides in our daily work. Honoro Vera exhibits great aromatic complexity, richness, and length, over-delivering in a big way. Drink over the next 4 years." —winemaker |
Critical Acclaim | |||
"Lots of dried green leaves with red dates, cranberries and baked cherries. Mixed ripeness here. Juicy, medium-bodied palate with some firm tannins and a generous, peppery finish. Drink now." —James Suckling |
