Size: 750ml

Jeb Dunnuck: 91, James Suckling: 91, Vinous: 91

"Elegant and refined with alluring red and black fruits, flowers and mocha in the nose and mouth, this Rosso di Montalcino is made from the younger Brunello vines. "The 2019 Rosso di Montalcino lifts up with a pretty herbal and floral display, gaining richness with time in the glass, as wild strawberries and brown spice come forward with hints of white pepper and smoke. It boasts silky textures over a medium-bodied frame, with masses of ripe red and black berries contrasted by salty minerals. A gorgeous inner sweetness lingers, tapering off to inner violet tones with an underlying twang of tart citrus. There’s really quite a lot going on here for a Rosso which may become even more expressive with short-term cellaring." —Vinous

"Sour cherries, lemon zest, peppercorns and dried herbs on the nose. Medium-bodied with grainy tannins and bright acidity. Some pretty mushroom and savory notes. Bright and juicy. Drink now." —James Suckling

"The 2019 Rosso di Montalcino is lifted with aromatics of ripe raspberry, rose petal, and licorice. There is ripe freshness on the palate, with crisp red cherry, sweet Mediterranean herbs, and orange zest. This is a delightful Rosso with a lot of energy that will be great early drinking from 2021-2026." —JebDunnuck.com

From the best area of prosecco, Valdobiaddene, this bottle possesses everything a real prosecco lover would want : aromas of white spring flower, pear and citrus with flavors of crisp yellow apple, lemon drop and orange zest.
