"Luscious aromas of violets, apricot and marzipan with hints of white pepper and freshly picked herbs. Flavours of raspberry and red currant frame the well balanced palate which shows excellent structure, lovely light tannins and a persistent finish." —winemaker
"A bright crimson wine with a luscious and exotic aroma of Turkish delight, ripe red cherries and boysenberry and hints of white pepper. The full bodied palate is framed by flavors of sweet Turkish delight, cherries and boysenberry. Pleasing velvety tannins provide a perfect complement to the cherry ripe finish which shows the synergy between these two varieties." —winemaker
"The Uprising, a new wine aged for 30 days in rum barrels, pays homage to Australia's "Rum Rebellion" of 1808. Due to the Government's hindering of the rum trade, the rebellion was the only time a group of soldiers and citizens banded together to overthrow the Government. A portion of this hand-crafted wine has thus been aged for 30 days in rum barrels and is dark with jammy flavors and a smoky finish." —winemaker
