"The 2011 Gran Reserva Sauvignon Blanc sees 25% of the crop fermented in 400-liter French oak. It has a well-defined, refreshing, mineral-scented bouquet with dewy green apples and fresh pear aromas. The palate is crisp and lively with greengage, bruised apple and gooseberry. The finish is perhaps a little muted, but it remains a well-made Sauvignon. Drink now-2014." —Wine Advocate
