At WineAnthology we will go the extra mile to make sure you receive your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. However, in the event that a product is not what you expected please see below.

Return Policy


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 

It is rare to receive a defective product from Wine Anthology. However, if this does occur we will issue a store credit, a replacement item or a refund in the amount of the purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling, at our discretion. We must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date.  All bottles must be ¾ way full with the original content.  If ordered more than one bottle of the same products other bottles must be full and closed.


DISSATISFACTION WITH MERCHANDISE

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase please let us know. We do our best to keep our customers happy. At our discretion we may offer a refund, a discount, or a replacement of the item in question. Refunds are for purchase price excluding tax, shipping and handling. We must be notified within 30 days of the purchase date.

What steps must I take to ensure a smooth return?

To request a return you must first contact us at services@wineanthology.com and provide an explanation of the problem along with your order number. Your order number is provided for you on the email confirmation that is sent just after the order was placed. After we receive the information it will be processed and you will be sent instructions on how to return the item. Shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Credits, refunds , discounts etc. cannot be issued until the return is received. Credit card refunds may take one billing cycle to appear on the credit card statement.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless it was our error.

After contacting us, you will then receive further instructions from our Return Department.

Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package.

Please place the item back in the box in the original packaging the same way you received it. It is important to retain all packaging materials. Do NOT attempt to ship the item back to us without first contacting us, as this will void any insurance coverage and you will not be credited. First, our Returns Department will get a claim started for you. You may be contacted by FedEx in regards to picking up the item. The item will need to be packaged the way you received it.

Upon Wine Anthology's receipt of your package, we will issue a credit, refund, discount or replacement at our discretion.

IMPORTANT: Please include a letter as to the reason for the return, along with your name, address, and order number to services@wineanthology.com.
